      PEER contains 20k+ ground motions. RSN means record sequence number which is assigned to each record.

    There are 5 data in a row of acceleration time history how could we plot this on excel file

      It might be difficult to put it in a column in excel. You can use matlab for the same. A small command can work.

      There are many proposed ground motion scaling schemes. The most basic one is amplitude scaling. You can scale your ground motion by a factor to get the desired PGA.
