STTS-808 Immortal Justice Gundam
History
The Immortal Justice Gundam was developed as the successor to the ZGMF-X19A ∞ Justice Gundam, and, due to being the other ace of Compass, was given to Shinn Asuka to pilot. It would participate in several Compass peacekeeping operations, most frequently to defend against Blue Cosmos attacks. One such notable battle occurred in Aldrin City, a ZAFT-controlled Special Economic Zone in Africa, where the Immortal Justice would engage in combat against Blue Cosmos forces to defend the city, with Shinn tasked at the back lines protecting civilians.
During a joint operation between Compass, the Eurasian Federation, and the Kingdom of Foundation to root out a Blue Cosmos base in Eldore, the Immortal Justice would be deployed to eliminate all opposition, scoring a GFAS-X1 Destroy Gundam kill alongside the STTS-909 Rising Freedom Gundam. A scheme enacted by Foundation and the Black Knight Squad causes the Rising Freedom's elimination to be ordered, and when Shinn tries to investigate, he is attacked by two of the Black Knight's NOG-M4F Rud-ro.A mobile suits. The Rud-ro.A's Femto Technology Armor and the Black Knight’s mind reading abilities lead to the Immortal Justice being dismembered at the waist by Griffin Arbalest. Before Griffin could kill Shinn, Hilda Harken's ZGMF-2027/A GYAN Strom intervenes. Her unit destroys the top half of the Immortal Justice as a diversion to rescue Shinn while the bottom half is presumably destroyed in the nuclear blast at Eldora.
