Orfeo ed Euridice (French: Orphée et Eurydice; English: Orpheus and Eurydice) is an opera composed by Christoph Willibald Gluck, based on the myth of Orpheus and set to a libretto by Ranieri de' Calzabigi. It belongs to the genre of the azione teatrale, meaning an opera on a mythological subject with choruses and dancing. The piece was first performed at the Burgtheater in Vienna on 5 October 1762, in the presence of Empress Maria Theresa. Orfeo ed Euridice is the first of Gluck's "reform" operas, in which he attempted to replace the abstruse plots and overly complex music of opera seria with a "noble simplicity" in both the music and the drama.
The opera is the most popular of Gluck's works, and was one of the most influential on subsequent German operas. Variations on its plot-the underground rescue mission in which the hero must control, or conceal, his emotions-can be found in Mozart's The Magic Flute, Beethoven's Fidelio, and Wagner's Das Rheingold.

Вы молодец! У Вас свой стиль, своё прочтение пьес - спокойно, задумчиво, нежно. Жаль, что очень мало просмотров.

Is it possible to master both guitar and violin
I’ve been practicing guitar modestly over the last 2 years and am currently an intermediate player
I plan on focusing a little more on classical guitar but I’d also like to start learning violin
I ask here because I assume some who visit this comment section will be players violin could i practice guitar and violin one hour a day each and learn both to an advanced level 😊

@@Alf1e. Usually my students start not on the most expensive violins. I recommend them to start from something simple but nice. There is always a chance that you wouldn't like it to play. And also anyway beginner level student can not produce a very great sound on their instruments, so doesn't matter is it a 200 years old antique instrument or a cheap Chinese made student instrument. Later on when your mastership will grow and your ears will contribute something more advance level you would need to look for handmade violin. In every country they have different brands. So here I can not help cause don't know where are you from. From the cheap asian violins good student level instruments and not very expensive usually are made by synwin.

@@Alf1e. If you are beginner - I recommend practicing at least 1 hour a day + music theory, of course
