    The S&P 500 ROI is 194.7% from 2014 to 2023. His $100k would've become $294.7k over pretty much the same amount of time.
    Unless you're buying real estate in prime locations, an index fund makes much more sense and requires ZERO further effort from you.

      @@austinbates7374yeah but what happened to the housing market after covid was not normal, take out the gains from 2019-2022 and it’s no where near stocks

      @@austinbates7374 that would mean he made even less than what the video said if you start factoring in compound interest payments.
      The index fund still would've been a better choice. The $30k would've became $88.41k.
