Yes. The elf girl in Dornogal is it. You will have to put on your Detective title which you got today after doing the last of the cases from Guest Relations, and she will talk to you and give you a quest. Have the title up, or else she still won't talk to you.
The NPC/Dornagal Survivor, they now have a grey ! over their head. She states that she will only speak to a "detective". I would correlate that is has to do with the Anniversary achievement that gives you that title: "Azeroth's Greatest Detective".
The felcycle isn't supposed to be attached to this, they said it will be still available after the anniversary quest chain and that any alt could complete it regardless of level/faction/class/prior achieves. I think she has something more to do with the guest relations/anniversary stuff and/or will just have some hints towards the secrets for the felcycle
2:46 Dalaran survivor asks for detective. I think we can talk with her after we have achievement (Azeroth's Greatest Detective) because it gives you detective title but idk
you don't need to, you can head straight to Ungoro Crater and get the first part of the key, i have also other videos for all the steps to get the felcycle if you need !
i got the title detective this morning, there is a lady in dorn that will only talk to a detective, when you equip the title, she gives you a quest, ratts race....
you have to start the tutorial questline in the 20th anniversary event. It starts with the quest 'Tat Big Meanie'. It should appear in your bags. I have a video on my channel for this quest if you need help
I just love that they let people waste their time running around looking for something that wasn't there for 3-4 days before they bothered to tell us that it was time gated. Even having a blizzard employee fuel the flames on discord for a few days was a bit out of order. I'm glad they told us because otherwise people would have lost it when it finally released but it just makes me think they're just making it up as we go along. Didn't feel very respectful of peoples time is all
a few of these "found" by accident feels bs. i mean u are not gonna go mechacar to find that hidden hatch then to legion then back to dornogal??! how did those people even find hints that lead to it? not talking just about mechanar there were so many secrets "found" by now and found them randomly just like this?

you can just go to Ungoro Crater to get the key with the torch, the video only shows the clues that led there in the first place :p. I also have almost 10 videos following this one if you wanna follow along and progress with us towards the felcycle mount !

Do not waste your gold on the stone of Prophecy, it has been in the game since LEGION. this is a secret hunt for 2024.
