"Who knows best in all our city how to become wealthy, Chancellor?" asked the King.
"Thy question answers itself, your majesty. Who has amassed the greatest wealth, in Babylon?"
"Well said, my able Chancellor. It is Arkad. He is richest man in Babylon. Bring him before me

    5. Own your home - not everyone agrees. You're not flexible, it drains your capacity to borrow, it's an obligation (mortgage=morte) and you become a real estate speculator. And prices of real estate (surprise!!) can drop, money gone forclosure.

Buying a house is a good investment - provided you buy it cash or pay it off in 2 years
Otherwise You'll love your JOB !!!

Yep...owning your home is one of the best positions that you can be in life.
You'll be responsible for property tax, utilities and insurance.
Use what you would pay for your mortgage to enjoy the rest of your life.
Educate your children and your grandchildren,
Propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Travel and be a blessing to others because your cup is overflowing and you are not in depts over your head.
