I gotta be honest here...99% of mfers calling Gunna, or anybody for that matter, a rat aren't even in the streets. They do it cuz its the cool thing to say. Yeah, honestly i would let it play out fully. Because i doubt Gunna will be the reason anyone gets locked up, i doubt he will even have to testify or whether his plea could be used as evidence.

people are so confused about this case.
All Gunna did was plead guilty to his own charge.
Because he was charged with conspiracy to violate the GA state RICO laws, he had to admit that he was involved in a criminal organization as part of this plea. But a guilty plea is not a form of testimony: it cannot be used (or even mentioned) at the trial of any of his co-defendants to establish their guilt. This is clearly laid out in section 24-3-52 of the GA legal code, which states "The confession of one joint offender or conspirator made after the enterprise is ended shall be admissible only against himself." In other words, what Gunna did in that leaked video has zero effect on Thug's case. It's not a form of
"cooperation" because he did not pin any crimes on any identifiable individuals in exchange for a reduced sentence and he did not get an immunity agreement in exchange for testifying on behalf of the prosecution. He literally just saw that the prosecution has overwhelming evidence from actual informants, call monitoring, etc. that YSL was a gang and made a decision to take the charge instead of fighting a losing battle in court for another year+.
Believe me, if the prosecution had offered Thug a similar, reasonable plea deal around the same time as Gunna, he would have taken it as well on the advice of his lawyer.
Just because GA law says his personal admission of guilt in organized crime can't be used against others doesn't mean it won't be. The D.A. will use anything possible and unless the judge sustains an objection against it the jury can use the evidence and Gunna's admission in deliberation.
I think gunna was used as bait. Other ppl took the same plea but gunna the only one that had his convo publicized like that. He not involved w the gang shit but the Rico shit allows the law to prosecute ppl who be around thug as well regardless of the actual part to play. I feel like he was manipulated into saying something in order to avoid getting railroaded like he said. Ion think it’s snitching to agree to previously known info esp if they built the case a long time ago to be able to indict all these ppl.

If we being real. I dont consider him a full on RAT. But he did kind of snitch by taking a plea deal. HOWEVER, literally all the other members of YSL did too, INCLUDING Thugs own BROTHER. I cant be that mad at it, everyone wants to judge. But whether Gunna took the deal or not, everyone else already took it so it wouldnt really matter.
