I've spent hundreds of hours on both DWM 1 and 2 (Tara's) on Gameboy as a kid so I was ecstatic to play this on PC. I'm also glad that the mechanics from way back the Gameboy days never really changed much so it was pretty straightforward for me. And thanks to the internet, it is now easier to find the proper combinations to breed (synth) the rarest monsters.
DQM Joker for the DS is what got me into DQ as a kid. I was big into Pokemon so it was just a cooler version of that with online battling to me. I also played the fan translations of DQMJ2+3 before ever playing a mainline DQ game
Same here with it being a cooler pokemon 😂 it was either that or sentinels of the starry sky that got me into the series, because one made me want to get the other when I recognized "dragon quest" 😂
I played the absolute heck out of DQMJ! It was so fun except I never could be at the final boss, but I was very young then haha my strategies were WEAK. wasn't a huge fan of the polarity for synthesis (+, -, +-) but it was definitely still fun. Highly recommend!
Wayfinder unfortunately went complete 180 from its original design and isn't the same game that I was interested in. No plans currently. Thank you for your support!
Day 1 switch release. Waiting for sales on steam to buy the pc version. I actually haven't progressed after I reach arena.. as no time to play .a drag to log in switch. I prefer playing on pc.

This will probably be the first Dragon Quest game I actually finish 😂. Dove into this after Monster Sanctuary and it’s been great so far

PC version doesn't get live battles wahhht
Hopefully it gets added as they patch and improve the version
