      @@josue322ify No his form is definitely bad. You should never round your lower back regardless of whether you’re using a trap bar.

      Well to be honest I could do anything any player did in this vid, I definitely can't bench 225 for 50 though like many NFL linemen, but baseball players definitely have more applicable strength

      Owen baseball players don’t need to lift that much lmao, they need a great foundation for strength but not overboard like that, they work on more short explosive workouts and sprints and plyometrica

    SALVATION is the most important thing in this life, it’s you accepting JESUS’s free gift to enter heaven when you die, you don’t have to be perfect you don’t even have to be good. You just gotta believe JESUS died for you and as it says in John 3:16 “For GOD so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that who ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” And if you believe that and want to say a prayer like this you can “Our father in heaven I believe I’m a sinner and I repent of my sins, GOD I believe that you sent your one and only son to die for us and GOD I Believe that you rose your son from the dead three days later, and JESUS come into my heart and save me.” And if you believe that you can be saved rn

    If you want to get big and strong lift weights. The rest of this crap with sleds, and bands, and ropes and tires is all superfluous nonsense.

    • @olivierletellier8280
      @olivierletellier8280 3 года назад

      So true..whats the deal with these fancy exercise ?

    • @donnymcjonny6531
      @donnymcjonny6531 3 года назад +13

      Sure, if you just want to be strong and not move.
      Sled pushes and pulls are great for ATHLETES. Tire flips are great for explosive power. They're both full-body workouts that improve coordination and bracing. Ropes build shoulder endurance as well as cardio. The bands help build leg stability so these guys don't blow out a knee sprinting. These are all practical movements that compliment lifting barbells and dumbbells. They're not a waste of time.
      There's more to being a major leaguer than looking big. There's a reason they're on the field and you're not. You should at the very least try sled pushes; they're awesome and a great leg pump.
