They are from doing good trades! For values, I usually consult traderie's (a trading website) recent trades, but they are not a 100% reliable since people often fake trades there to alter items' values. An easier option would be to do a W/L/F in the hub before trading ☺
The royale high wiki has a section of chat deticated to w/f/l! I think you could also check that out if you want. Theres alot of royale high veterans and other players on the discord to ask and more sections for trading there! But its a good place to socialize too :D
