- Let's prepare the iftar menu for 20 guests together. I made ezegelin soup, Şekerpare, Karnıyarık, ravioli, Kaytaz pastry, spinach pie, fettuş salad and finally leaf wrap for the guest's dinner. SUGARPARE RECIPE
250 g butter at room temperature
2 eggs (one will leave the yolk for the top)
1 cup of powdered sugar
1 cup of semolina
4 glasses of flour
1 packet of baking powder
1 pack of vanilla
1 teaspoon of baking soda
for sherbet
4 cups sugar
5 glasses of water

CARNIARIC RECIPE
10 eggplants
Oil (for greasing the eggplants)
500 g minced meat
2 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
2 green peppers
½ cup tomato puree

Half a teaspoon of oil

1 tablespoon of tomato paste
2 cups red lentils
1 cup of rice
1 cup of bulgur
enough water

FETTUSH SALAD
7-8 leaves of lettuce
2 green onions
2 cucumbers
6-7 sprigs of parsley
4-5 sprigs of mint
6-7 tomatoes

half a cup of olive oil
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of garlic
