It's the fact that this man trained about 4 months before debuting as one of the main vocals in a group literally known for their amazing vocals. His dancing too is really good. My mans was literally training as he went through his career. Both Chen and Baek are 1st and 2nd respectively in terms of vocals in EXO and they have the shortest training period, of 4 months each with Chen's only being able few days more
it's true that baek and chen had the shortest training, but just to add to this narrative. They were both already in the path towards a singing career before being scouted. Chen, iirc, talked about how he would have been a vocal teacher and Baekhyun was approached at while he was preparing for an audition at Seoul's Institute of the arts.

If you want to see Baekhyun-the-main-dancer, you should see EXO MAMA+Monster+Wolf in Tokyo Dome. He has a dance break there and his live singing is so much better imo than the polished studio version. Any live stage with Baekhyun is an experience, as always with EXO. And in EXO White Noise+Thunder+Playboy+Artificial Love (also in Tokyo Dome) his voice is so emotional I cry every time... Thank you for the reaction!
This song made me so happy for such a long time :) it came out when I was in a very bad spot mentally and honestly this light mood and Baekhyun’s voice were really soothing! I generally don’t really listen to EXO or Baekhyun but this song immediately lifted my mood, I listened to it for weeks on end.

They are so different, but so unique: the warmest and sweetest vibrato, so velvety, even scratchy sometimes of Kai, and powerful, clean and clear, conveying all kinds of emotions of Baekhyun, he's so skilled and talented. Baek's head voice is out of this world!
