I always forget. I always forget the power of quiet, of stillness. When things feel frenetic and charged, like there’s no possible way to find a moment of peace. We must remember to make the decision to slow down and quieten all the noise, even if only for 15 mins. The strength it brings runs deeper than any medicine, coffee, tonic, or miracle cure. Those things have their place, to be sure. We should also remember to balance all the parts of our bodies and treat ourselves as whole beings, mind, body, and spirit. Travis i often see people writing about their pets. We found something that helped Niss Kiki stay supple and it encourages grooming in elder cats. We purchased Sardines wild caught. One can last three days. Its very affordable and works wonders for joint health I have a idea that you can collaborate with pet care and healing like human ritual bundle. What works for us also aeems to assist them. So many people in Vibe Tribe mention Perseus Slayer of Monsters and their own animals who capm right down listening to your Sound bath. Perhaps it could be interesting to test some sounds and see if there's frequency that seems to work equally well for humans and Animal companions. ❤❤❤

I believe its linen. If not it's a high quality 'summer' cotton.
I love wearing linen and it comes in many different weaves, heavy to light.
