    I just made some buffalo dip for a potluck last Thursday. I used chicken breasts (shredded), franks red hot, cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, ranch,and mozzarella. I heated up mine in the oven 350 for 20 minutes. Delicious. I will have to try to use chicken thighs next time. Great videos as always Nick.

      depends on your heigh and weight. i weigh 220 and am 6'3, i need 4k calories to bulk and can cut at 3k. with an almost 600kcal deficit.

    Keep it up man! i tried bodybuilding diets for 2 month then i quit. Good Food is just too expensive. Now i just ate white eggs sometime whole eggs and chicken wings. i have lost a lot of weight. i can lift heavy but my muscle is small, but still im happy with this healthy path im going on.

    Surprisingly low macros compared to what you've done in the past (or so I think). I imagine your NEAT is much lower since being out of the army. Awesome video as always.

    That assault bike is underrated, but I feel like the jump rope is even more underrated, considering cost, and that like the bike, it also utilizes the upper body.

    So i have a question, i'm 6,6 and i weigh 222 lbs. Since last week i started counting my macro's and my daily need of calories. If i want to bulk up i need;
    - 3531 calories
    - 258 grams of proteïn
    - 82 grams of fat
    - 440 grams of carbs
    If i want to cut i need;
    - 2821 calories
    - 258 grams of proteïn
    - 82 grams of fat
    - 264 grams of carbs
    Normally i eat around 2400/2500 calories a day.
    My question now is, what will happen if i start eating 2821 calories with those exact grams of proteïn, fat and carbs?
    Since i normally eat less, will i bulk up and gain more fat? Or will my body react positively because it truly needs those amounts of calories and grams?
    Sorry for my english, i'm from Holland so i may have made some grammar mistakes😅

      If you eat more than what you currently eat and your activity is the same, you will gain weight, probably mostly body fat. You will have more energy to use if you eat more, but the rest will be stored into fat over the long term.

    Intermittent Fasting just helps me save everything for later in the day and keeps me from becoming ravenous in the morning, so that's what helps me. Macros are also lower than yours for this cut so I don't have as much room to play with.

      P Will I am all about IF and keto. Not a super strict keto though. What is your IF feeding window? I want to do a 18 and 6 but always end up doing 20 to 22 hours.

      ino592002 yeah man so for me I'm flexible with it, On my lift days due to work my last meal is about 6:30 and first meal at 12:00. On my non lift days first meal is the same last meal about 4:30-5. Only time I will break my fast early is if I have a super long or intense run for PT in the morning in which case I will eat a quest bar just for peace of mind about not losing muscle.

    You have great stuff bro! Just one thing though: The difference in volume between your talking points and music is too much. I'm constantly having to turn up the volume to hear you talk, only to immediately turn around to turn it down when the music starts. OTHER than that you rock bro. And your heart's in the right place.     this is a stupid question but.... when you shop for bananas what size bunch do you get? like the biggest ones or the smaller ones lmao im asking cuz he dosent show him self cutting the whole banana up.
    i always get the biggest bananas but i dont scale my food (yet) should i be aiming for the medium sized ones or the smallest

      Kinda late but he said 126 grams of bananas so it doesn’t matter what size he bases it off weight. Hope this helps!

    I am transitioning from cut to maintainence. As per calculations my maintenance is 2700 (180lb*15). Currently eating 2560cals. Should I consume more cals or stay on 2560 cals?

      Chirayu Sharma Are you losing weight on 2560 cals? If so, and if your goal is to get to maintenance, add some calories back in (100-150) and see how your body adjusts.

      Anthony Monda actually I measure my progress according to BCA test results. In the first week (increased 100cals) I gain little weight and BCA result shown slight gain in muscle mass and slight drop in fat%>
      Another BCA coming this Tuesday. This week I increased 150Cals. Let's see what comes in the upcoming test.
