I can't imagine how happy they are after defeating the strongest volleyball team in the world and bringing to an end the Imocos streak, congratulations to Bizonte Firenze!

Talvez a derrota até tenha sido necessária nesse momento, assim elas não vão chegar tão pressionadas no mundial de clubes. Amo ser torcedor do Conegliano, um time com menos de 10 anos existência e já entrou para o livro dos recordes. Só orgulho dessas meninas, em especial da Egonu :)

Imoco Volley Conegliano is still great and gonna hold the record for many years to come or maybe a decade, so there's nothing to be ashamed of. A defeat at some point is part of volleyball. Congratulations to both teams.

I dont understand how people blame Sylla for the loss 🧐, she just came back from a 3 month stop due to injury, ya’ll have clearly never played before 🙄 it takes time to get back into game mode, practice and games are two different things

Firenze did good but I wouldn't celebrate too much, Imoco didn't play with its typical line-up (without Asia for most of the time, Robin and Plummer). No one can beat Imoco when all the main players are in. They've been playing every 3 days this week and I think Santarelli wanted to prepare them to the World Club Championship (with lot of changing in the line-up) and put everyone on edge. Plus next week they have a Champions league's match away. I think this defeat is good for them mentally, just like Vakifbank's defeat with Kuzeyboru.

The streak had to end at one point; it doesn't erase everything they had accomplished like some people seem to think. Their team is still great and fought to the end, I wuldn't be ashamed of anything if I were them. I don't think I saw plummer though? I really like her lol.

I don't get why people laugh at egonu and this team? No team in history was even in the position to lose with that many matches won in a row behind them. I am more interested to see how they respond in their upcoming matches because surely the pressure is obviously off.

Imoco broke the record by a streak with 76 games, and Vakifbank had a record prior to that with 73 games which should obviously be a clue for even ignorant people like you that there were teams who also managed to receive great records and numbers.

Lots of excuses in the comment section for the loss of Imoco. Just accept the fact that other teams have been working a lot and scouting to defeat Imoco. It's just ball is round, and any team could win. Nothing is permanent. Congrats to Firenze for a job well done!

La reputo anche io brava, ma per essere un'opposta non è molto decisiva. Anzi fa parecchi errori
Non giocherà mai con la Egonu davanti. L hanno spostata opposta e han fatto una cazzata enorme. Doveva continuare in 4...ormai è tardi

Exactly! The coach needed to rotate the players because they're playing a lot! And after the World Club Championship they have another 3 matches in 10 days and then eventually the final 4 of Coppa Italia. Their schedule is crazy, hope no one get injured. Mentally I think it's exausting for anyone (they basically have no Christmas break and only one day of rest for New Years's Eve)

Firenze won because their defence was very good. And in the offence they were equal. Nwakalor was outstanding today
Once Egonu leaves, Imaco will be an ordinary team. Financially, Italian clubs cannot compete with the main Turkish teams. Egonu is offered 1.5 million Euros per year by two Turkish teams. People think Egonu will leave the Italian club at the end of the current season 2021-2022.

Questa partita ha fatto capire che ora come ora la squadra ha tantissimi problemi e che la champion sarà solo un sogno lontano. la panchina non vale neanche un unghia della squadra titolare e questo non è per niente un bene . Perdere contro il bisonte comunque fa ridere, ci stavano vincendo squadre di ultima classifica
