Also please stop saying it’s unrealistic. Mapping doesn’t have to be realistic. If I would add bigger realism to this it would be boring

Bruh finland is Nordic not scandinavian. Scandinavia is denmark, sweden and Norway. Nordic is denmark which owns Greenland and the faroe Islands and denmark sweden and iceland and finland. I know this Because Google agree’s with me if You search it up and i am from denmark.

One thing: Northern Norway is full of mountains, Sweden couldn't have assaulted that easily there
This is so unrealistic. First: Russia wont let NATO get belarus so easily cause it will open new front to Moskow. Second: the west wont even help Poland, they know it will cause global conflict. Third: the hell is Kingdom of Belarus. Fourth: Sweden and other country didn't or have very low chance to join. I know its alternative but I think at this point you're making favorable timeline for poland. But what ever the animation is good.
