It is a pretty neat idea to fly the drones down low. Anyone looking for them will be looking up, and even the driver might not see it until it’s too late when it blends in with the grey/brown roads. Driver will only have like 20m to see it if lucky and with both flying towards each other head on that leaves no time to react. The only issue I see is this method only takes out the vehicle and not the combatants, which means you need observer drones to accompany these to be ready to call in artillery the second a vehicle is stopped.
These drones are wire-guided, therefore the operators are close by. That's a double-edged sword: the enemy infantry dismounting the now-wrecked armored vehicle and the column following it will be obviously pissed, and will be looking for the drone operators, and try to hunt them down, but since the ambush happens at a pre-determined location, the drone operator can immediately call down an artillery barrage from the nearest D-30 or mortary battery on the location.

@WeebUnionWU pls do a video about territory changes in the last 12 months or since summer offensive. Would appreciate it, since I don't have time to tune in very often.
Its pretty likely the Kursk advances are just to keep Russia on the defensive while fortifications continue to be built. It is going to take at least a year to clear Kursk, tragically for the civilians who left their homes. 😢 The low flying fpv could be to avoid the vehicles EW which is not going to be aimed at the ground. Its clear from the kursk footage that many fpv "hits" have been blocked by EW, as you can tell by when the video cuts. This is the biggest issue that tricks even those who arent knowingly spouting propaganda as the bots do - an fpv video does not equal an fpv destruction. People are counting every fpv vehicle as 1 vehicle gone. But they have EW which is blocking a huge amount as they get close and it can take several hits to take out a vehicle. When the multiple hits end in success, we have often seen a compilation of four or five hits that ends in the vehicle burning. Now we see a compilation of single hits to many different vehicles, many of which cut too early and were likely blocked, given we dont see the view from a spotter drone. I think Russia intend to get to the outskirts of Pokrovsk so that battle can continue during the muddy season and winter, before rolling up the east next summer. Accordingly we will likely see them strengthening their flanks and supply lines once they have breached the fortifications and got a toe hold. Id like to be surprised tho 🐈😺
12:10 - What the fairy tales am I hearing? If the old "heavy" soviet equipment doesn't pass some "fields", then no nato equipment even comes close to such fields.
Im still really confused as to why heights matter in modern war reconnaissance is done by drone or satellite I dont think they are dragging artillery systems up on those slag heaps since they would be easily targeted by drones so what am I missing
@mrpilkington9710 For the same reason it's better to watch a football game at the stadium than on tv. Drones can only see what the camera points at. Eyes have peripheral vision, and can discern movement better.
I'd be very surprised if drones and satellites are a perfect substitute for what a human observing from high ground and armed with a telescope can achieve in terms of continuous wide- and narrow-focus situational awareness.

Russia recently said to agree a peace deal it needs 100% of the four oblasts declared part of Russia...
@@margaretrutherford5548 thank you for your response, my friend. Would that be Zaporizhzhia, Donetsk, Luhansk, and Kherson oblasts?
@@DarykThorwinthe first condition is ukraine compromisos to never join nato and remain neutral. That's why russia started the invasion in the first place. The four territories came later when russia realized it was in it for the long haul and they were recognized as russian territories. If ukraine agrees to these two conditions they can begin to talk.
Apparently the ambush drone was on fibre optic and, being in defensive position, would probably have had control cabling layed to a position further away. Can't jam the signal so very difficult to stop.
Surprise that Weeb didn't even talk about F-16 loss😮
Bardzo dziękuję za tłumaczenie wpisów na język Polski 🇵🇱 😊
them low flying drones are wire operated
Cheers Weeb.
You can tell the drone at the end is fiber optic because of its extremely low altitude with no quality loss and because of it transmitting a clear image right up until detonation.
originally we were on these map videos to see which village or town fell every 2-3 weeks, now we're on every day to see 2-3 villages or towns taken-
People who think that Ukraine is winning are living in denial. They seek comfort in subjective reality and ignore all the facts
Of course this kinda strategies wont come up to mind unless you are experiencing it. To come up with this idea you gotta use so many strategies.
The Western media waiting for zelunaticsky to present his victory plan and the fact zelunaticsky presenting either defeat warning or ask Diden for green light to "you know"!!!!
Hmm. Interesting to note that independent reports this morning stated that there were attempted advances 'near' Synkivka in Luhansk oblast, 'near' karlivka on the Pokrovsk front but no mention of the 'taking' of.
Low altitude drone activity is not very effective. You need to be ia few hundreds meters away, in clear eye sight of you target. But as a part of ambush tactics it can be used.
It does defeat radio drone jammers since those things needed to be pointed way up so as to not effect the vehicle's radio and alarm systems.
Yeah now the voice is very okay. And audio clear
Think these drones are fly by wire so cant be jammed
Maybe it was those Fiber optic drones 😮
Please, somebody stop this war!
Fly by Wire like flying by the seat of your pants.
The low flying fpv could be to avoid the vehicles EW which is not going to be aimed at the ground.
Btw what does each line colour mean (im new here)
Drones at Radiator level of a vehicle ,,,yep pretty smart
Moonfish has been renamed Deadfish
Please other channels are saying it’s a trap do u see it like that
Which of all do they say is a trap? If they 're talking about Kursk, yes it is. Pokrovsk and other key logistic hubs however nope.
You don't mention the Ukrainian F-16 crash?
Is that not part of the battleground?
@12'22 "heavier than SOVIET equipment"... it seems that old habits tend to stick..
👍
Will the winter coming benefit any of the two sides?
Only Russia.
Ukraine is on the worse side since their energy needs cannot meet demand sadly
The side with intact power supply..
100% Russia 🇷🇺
Is it still 'Slava ukraine' ?
🤣😂🤣
It is slava kokaini, apparently.
12:10 - What the fairy tales am I hearing? If the old "heavy" soviet equipment doesn't pass some "fields", then no nato equipment even comes close to such fields.
5:29 pincer.
Who makes Ukrainian troops go deep into the Russian territory? It is suicidal.
Stop advancing so fast, we can barely keep up with the incoming information.
I don't understand the ukranian advances, nonsense.
pure propaganda

Hello
Im still really confused as to why heights matter in modern war reconnaissance is done by drone or satellite I dont think they are dragging artillery systems up on those slag heaps since they would be easily targeted by drones so what am I missing
@mrpilkington9710
For the same reason it's better to watch a football game at the stadium than on tv. Drones can only see what the camera points at. Eyes have peripheral vision, and can discern movement better.
Periods, commas and a question mark
Height advantage allows constant surveillance of the surrounding area.
I'd be very surprised if drones and satellites are a perfect substitute for what a human observing from high ground and armed with a telescope can achieve in terms of continuous wide- and narrow-focus situational awareness.

I would like to see your opinion on the Russian claim the Ukrainian's have lost 7000 men in Kursk and on how reliable the Russian numbers are on Ukrainian losses in general? I have seen daily tallies on Tass but don´t know how believable they are. Understandable the Russians say nothing on their own losses, but very much like to know if they are truthful on the Ukrainian losses. In my opinion, they are, but have nothing to support that, except maybe like somebody said the truth being the best propaganda.
Is dacha area same as suburb?
It is more like a cottage, weekend cottage
A dacha (Belarusian, Ukrainian and Russian: дача, IPA: [ˈdatɕə] ⓘ) is a seasonal or year-round second home, often located in the exurbs of post-Soviet countries, including Russia.[1] A cottage (коттедж, kottedzh) or shack serving as a family's main or only home, or an outbuilding, is not considered a dacha,[1] although some dachas recently have been converted to year-round residences and vice versa.
