I’m going to take a look through your other videos to see if I can find an answer to the second part of my issue.

What if I keep getting the message "Cannot move the list element in FLAT mode"? This would be awesome if it works!

Hover over the diamond & right click. You'll see "Flat View" with a check next to it. Click on "Hierarchical View" so it's now checked.

I SOOOOOOO need this feature. I am using Quickbooks Desktop for MAC. It does not appear as though it has the same fucntionality. There are no icons next to the "Customer Name" entries that will alllow me to drag and drop them on to a parent company that has existing jobs. Are you able to confirm whether or not the Mac version has this capability?

Hi Mark, some of the features that the Desktop version has may not be available for Mac. I am not sure about this because I am not a Mac user. Sorry about that.
