    I can definitely relate, being introverted and highly sensitive. Didn't realize I could journal in order to help deal with anxiety!

    Hi Van, journalling has really helped me manage my ADHD. I don't do it as consistently as I would like but find it a great way of managing my thoughts. Great video

    Journaling definitely helps, especially when I'm trying to fall asleep at night and just keep thinking about everything, love to just get it all out and then I'm able to easily fall asleep! :)

    Self care is extremely important nowadays! Journaling helped me in so many ways. Writing helps you get things out and seeing it on paper also gives others the push they need to do or change what needs to be done or changed.

    Yes journaling definitely helps I’m an artist so art is my therapy I do art journaling not much of a writer of feelings but art is my way !!

    I have always kept a journal...it really saved me as a young HSP/Sensitive/Empath/Medium. I was experiencing so many things that others weren't and it was really effective to write it down and express it somewhere. Great tips.

    What a fab share, I feel everything ... and sadly I look very insensitive ... but looks can be deceptive ... I may be 6'2" and a Trucker ... but I STILL FEEL EVERYTHING ...every comment, every look every THING... it can be exhausting ... so this will help me to dump it and recentre Thank you
