      @@justino8.24Hi , I don't own the Gear RTA and the URSA ModPod is coming today so I'm yet to test it myself but having said that I doubt this tiny RBA section would provide the vape an RTA with a full size deck would provide but I guess I'll see later on.

    About geeky settings : I still use a joyetech penguin with no setting nor screen. It has 9ml tank, it's lightweight and tiny. Yet, I'm looking for all in one with removable battery... Sadly, none have 9ml tank

    Love this"device" love fact you can change the ohms on coil I'm running the UB pro .15ohm and changed it to a 1.0 and 30 watts and normal boost for nicsalts and another user setting to a .3 and 60 watts normal boost,and .¹5 ohms and ⁷5w and boost set to hard ,the flavor it gives is bar none ,juice that I didn't care for came àlive with this device ,it seem the like the clipß that hold air flow piece that pod and tanks seem to pop off and is kinda hard to clip down sometimes but if ya clip air coní

    Strictly TC for me, so as far as I'm concerned all I need is SS316L, temp up and down, and I suppose it should switch between °C & °F for the special people in the US. I only use a 10w power setting for installing or cleaning coils, but I have two build tabs anyway, so hardly need it on a mod.
    I like the potential to import coil materials that the DNA gives, mainly because different variants of stainless have different TFRs, but could make do with just having a variable TCR. which to my mind is more useful than Ni or Ti - I know almost nobody who uses either (just one who uses Ni to make his "TC testing" so easy to pass [he even still uses watts at his normal setting, and only regards the TC as dry hit protection which he insists is "cutting in" even though it should always be active in a TC mode] that anything can pass it), but several who have used mixes or more unusual materials like NiFe.
    But for inexpensive and simple, just 316L & °C and let it use all the power for fast ramp-up - although it will need a very responsive chipset to run small coils or mesh with more than a single cell, as they have such a low thermal mass. It can't be that hard to do, as my Kanger Topbox Mini Starter kit was doing that back in 2017, and I don't think it was even that year's design. An update of that to take a 21700 and larger than 22mm atomiser would be welcome, bu Kangertech went bonkers instead (the Dripboxes were ok though and were the affordable squonkers that popularised squonking, no matter how much TonyB may like to imagine otherwise. By the dripbox 160 and 2, there were pretty good - but still stuck with 22mm atomisers, Duh. Dripbox 2 had the Gene chipset, of course. A 21700 version of that with a silicone bottle would have been nice, to take up to 25mm toppers.
    I'm not a fan of moving away from 510 connections to other atomiser attachments - why fix what isn't broken? We never needed these "pod" mods, which are really just proprietary tanks on anything that size. OK for really small devices I guess, like my Lost Vape Orion Plus (which does at least have replay, the closest I can get to TC on a genuinely pocket device).
    All I really need on the display is battery level, temp, and I guess resistance to confirm that it has read the coil, and I'd rather have them larger than have additional stuff crammed in, as my arms are suffering from age-related shortness.
    But at the swish end of the market, I do like DNA250Cs, and geeking out on interface (or "theme") designs. I just wish they had a large screen version - same pixel count but bigger, for side mount like on a Smoant Cylon or Geekvape Aegis X. (short arm problem fix again).
    I may put a simple 75C theme together with just TC for 316L, for beginners. What could be simpler?
    I'd love to see a DNA development with reverse TC like Reflex has, as it would be awesome. Their "like a cigarette" draw may work for people coming off ready-rolled cigarettes but isn't going to be remotely similar to the draw of a tight roll-up, as used by many skint smokers and apparently beloved of the prison population.

    Heya, any recommendations on a mod and tank that wont leak for bike trips? I currently have an aegis solo and a beserker v2 but the bloody thing leaks on trips. I do use an Nfix most of the timr but it doesnt really cit the mustard.Any help is appreicated

    • @VapingBiker
      @VapingBiker  3 года назад +1

      The problem with tanks is that they can leak with temp changes when the juice gets thinner. So as long as you're wicking is good for RBAs, or the stock coil is decent, it shouldn't cause an issue - my only advice would be to the the mod and tank upside down when not in use.

    It's a great mod, but that's it, and there are many great mods available so, nothing new there. The pods on the other hand are horrible, you can barely see your liquid, the filling system is one single small hole, we're back in 2015. The coils are just really average and inconsistent and can't keep up with wicking if you use anything thicker than 50/50...
    Oh and, the "big silvery tank" as you call it, is nowhere to be found
