Yellow Flicker Beat is definitely my favorite by the Bass Gang, but you should check out more of their stuff!!! A little background on them is that they are all four bass singers, but many of them have crazy ranges and can sing quite high too. Peter Barber, who arranged this one (they guy with the fake tattoos on his neck in the video) is a professional opera singer in the US. Bobby Waters (also known as Bobby Bass, who has the beard) is also in the US. Tomi P, the tall skinny guy, is in the Czech Republic, and Marwan Ayman (with the dark curly hair) is in Egypt, and only 18 years old! They all take turns arranging, mixing, mastering, directing and editing the videos. They have five tracks on the Bass Gang RUclips channel, all of which are awesome. Tomi arranged Mad World, Bobby arranged Iris, and Marwan arranged both Centuries and Emperor’s New Clothes. Their first round of songs were released last year each on their individual RUclips channels. Those first four were referred to as May the Bass Be With You Volume 1, which is made up of four different Billie Eilish covers, one arranged by each of them. Those are well worth checking out too! Bury a Friend is my favorite from that EP.
The Bass Gang is not getting the attention and the subscribers they deserve. Not by far. You should really check ALL of their stuff. As you sure have noticed, they are kinda different from the usual "trifecta" of the a cappella groups. FOR ME, they make it the "quadrifecta" of a cappella, and they deserve their place among PTX, Home Free and Voiceplay. And they keep improving (as they should). I have no doubt that they eventually get the success they deserve. 🙂 I really enjoyed your reaction. And I look forward to watching more.
All basses. They are fairly new and getting their feet under them. Peter Barber (fellow with the tattoo around his neck) has an advanced music degree, is a bass opera singer, does reactions and analyses recently mostly acapella groups (especially VoicePlay) but just did one on Dimash. If you watch him, you will learn a lot of music theory. When VoicePlay did the Dragonborn Comes Skyrim, Peter had a sword tattooed on his arm which he showed off during his analysis of the song.
in case all other 4 comments haven't made it clear enough: MORE BASE GANG❗️😂 they're amazing and i love their stuff even though i'm otherwise not huge on acapella also "misty mountains" by the wellerman is an amazing cover by 20 bass singers and all 5 of the ones in this video were part of it
Yes!!! The Bass Gang are incredible and deserve to be recognized by a wider audience. Please check out all of their songs and then you'll see that they also have solo stuff on their own channels. Enjoy the basses!

Also the first video collaboration I heard of theirs was "Emperor's New Clothes", a good one to watch, creepy too, they released it around Halloween. I recommend the Bass Gang. Listen to Centuries and Mad World they just did.
