As far as I could tell, as an attendee, the main reasons it was that bad was because it was their first time running the convention as a whole. What they need to do is actually advertise the con, as the only time I actually heard of it was at cosplay world the week prior. I attended to join the cosplay contest and hilariously that was the best ran thing out of the whole con lol. Though I think it's because they brought in veteran cosplayers as judges.
You did a great job! and it's awesome I got to see you/ found your channel from this lol.
100% agree with what you said. They could have definitely advertised more, but cutting them some slack because it's a first year con. I was able to provide some feedback on the show, so hopefully, they will improve in the years to come! And welcome to my channel! I plan on doing more artist alley vlog videos like this in the future 😊
