I got to witness this once, we have ducks in our farm and we have been wondering why the ducks have been losing their eggs and we were wondering where they have been going. At first though we assumed that it was the komodo dragons' fault or some loose snake but my uncle who has a ton of experience on poultry later said that it was the ducks themselves so I asked a bit on why, they said he didn't know but the same thing happens to chickens and chickens do it to ducks eggs (vice versa too). So I researched about it a bit as someone who has access to internet would, then learned that they really do eat their own eggs both chickens and ducks when their calcium levels are low or when they accidentally taste the egg and develop that they like the taste but it mostly happens to birds in captivity.
Not just birds even mammals and other types like pork it eats it child bcuz it has a bad and grumpy behavior and it also eats poo and garbage (the reason why it's haram in Islam) and too much animals I can't explain all of them
One day I went to work 7 hours, when I returned my chicks slaughtered each other, despite having 4kg of food seeds, they began to kill the smallest and weakest chicks, there were 24 of them but there were only 11 chickens left full of blood on their beaks and legs and various intestines... it was brutal

Really neat animation, but I still think chicken meat is still pretty tasty. I think reversing the rolls is an interesting idea. Instead of humans being the "most powerful", the chickens become smart and from then on become the new "humans". The cycle of death continues regardless of which side is in power. Also, foxes, lizards, coyotes, wolves, cougars, bobcats, they're all carnivores, they need to eat meat to live properly. So, even if the chickens get rid of the humans, by restricting the population for consumption, they'd still have to deal with the other animals in the wild. Dogs, cats, anything that eats meat, even some plants eat meat, like the vinous flytrap. Perhaps one day there will be a part 2 of this animation and we'll get to see how the chickens hold up against predatory animals designed to eat them? Since they're wearing human skin suits with apposable thumbs, they should have a decent chance of being victorious in battle. :3

Cool Movie! It was Funny! Also, it's believeable in that chickens are actually carnivorous, contrary to the "All vegetarian Feed" being best idea. If given options they will eat, bugs, mice, even other chickens. they will peck the flesh wound of other injured chickens if the wounded bird is left to fend for itself. They truly are High up in the Grand Pecking Order of Animals ( sans Humans and HoneyBadgers)
i don't think they would mind the smell, bird in general have a very poor sens of smell

Very nice! I couldn't stop laughing but was legitimately horrified when the chicken mom was killed.
The first 2 and a half minutes of this looks like somthing Peta would make.

A wonderful animation with plenty of meaning but I would like to say as someone who has butchered chickens it’s not as cruel as this and yes I know it’s exaggerated for cinematic reasons
