How do you cook NORMAL foods like Pork Chops? The book don't tell you anything about that. The recipes given are all "Chef" inspired recipes that you would find in "high end" restaurants, not home kitchens. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this product.

I would brown on the stove frist then add to the cooker

Its very limited. You just get some counter space back.
