To get fully funded scholarship
First class, Second Class Upper and Second Class lower indicates that you have passed. So far as you've graduated from the university. So don't be scared, just apply, do the requirements and you'll get it.
What if the requirement says second upper class?

Hello Kingsford, I am not clear about something. Please is next Fall Fall 2022 or Fall 2023. I'm getting lost with that because I sent an email to one of the Graduate Programs Coordinator and in my email, I stated I'm applying for Fall 2022; the school Application window will be opening in August and he said Fall 2022 is passed so it should rather be Fall 2023.
I know this question might sound a bit someway but kindly give me clarity. Thank you!

Start sending emails once you graduate and start your national service. Establishing relationships with them won’t guarantee a scholarship

PS: Masters program in any science course at all, it can or can not be biochemistry.
First you need to smash your GRE if you need to secure admission with your 3rd class. It's possible. Are you in Nigeria?

Unfortunately, for economics PhD you'll need GRE. However, for health you can search and and I'm certain you'll get some without GRE.
How do I get to the faculty on the site, I just visited the Central Arkansas site and I haven't seen any link to the faculty
The faculty is not a site it’s a tab under the respective department you want to submit an application

No it doesn’t work like that. The US laws doesn’t allow that
Furthermore,
You’ll need an i20 from any school you would want to transfer to.
Of course, you can transfer when you get here but if I get the partnership part right, even if it’s the same university different locations, you’ll still need an i20
