What are the approximate weight adjustments when changing a 110 Timberline Roller that was factory balanced without a reel to a 7mm shaft, 14mm band setup? I assume I mainly have to add weight to the muzzle?

Yes, it should have a small piece of lead added. Try it without adding, then add a little in the Mech only and see how it goes.

Is this calibration only possible on Timberline guns or possible on older guns with a reel added?

The Aluminum Spearguns don't have weights.
Our Carbon Speaguns have a Muzzle weight.
Our Timberline Range has both Muzzle and Handle weights.

If this is real lead then the guy's should really wear gloves when working it.
