Please solve this question... A 3 hinged stiffening girder of a suspension bridge of span 120m is subjected to a live load of length 25m and intensity 30KN/m moving from left to right . Draw SFD and BMD for the girder, when the head of live load just touches the central hinge on the girder.

Arpit Sethi different colleges professors have. different theory about it..you must ask ur teacher to tell about girder sfd bmd or ..just draw everything shown in video n come...to be on safer side..
After 10:30 only why the reactions at position D an d E are shown?? Why aren't they considered while using Static Equllibrium equation at the beginning of this question???
Reaction on D n E are due to Cables only. While, At moment at A was for equlibrium of Girder(Beam) only. Load Distribution:- Loads->Girder->Cable->Tower->Foundation And Also We Know Girder is separate structure and (Cable-Tower ) is separate . Hence we apply separate static equilibrium conditions.
