Put to 1st gear and just gradually release the clutch until it starts crawling/creeping. Once it starts crawling slowly, keep the same speed constant. Never rev or accelerate until you reach a less steep or plain road. Bonus: Always carry a nilon rope with you which is to be tied to the 2 rotating wheels with knots. If you don't hv any, you can use your car floor mat to generate initial traction. We drive through these kinda terrain almost daily every winter.
