Since I am not very technical I looked at other videos and all I had to do was move the new folder (the one named "Building" in the video) into the saves folder and after going back to the menu and reopening the world selection it was there. I think it's because I am playing on 1.20.4 and he is playing in 1.18.2

AppData folder is hidden in Windows. You can find it by chosing "show hiden files" somewhere, i don't remember where this option is. And it locates inside user folder

I opened my minecraft folder like you showed, but there's no "saves" folder. I have one world, but there's nothing built on it. Is that why?
Edit: I created a new world and tried again and still no "saves" folder. I need help because this is already beyond my technical understanding.
