  • Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis Indiana [2021]: I Love This Place! Many people ask me where my favorite areas or neighborhoods of Indianapolis are. I actually have a number of neighborhoods I'd love to try living in. But, it would be tough to live in every neighborhood possible. Massachusetts Avenue in Indianapolis Indiana... also called Mass Ave for short is certainly a place that I'm a big fan of. Indianapolis Indiana has a number of fantastic cultural spots. There are several in or near downtown Indiananpolis like Mass Ave but there are others well outside of that area. Indianapolis is usually larger than what people realize. Most of Mass Ave isn't necessarily in downtown Indianapolis but it's incredibly close, in fact walkable to most of what downtown has to offer. Mass Ave is absolutely filled with unique shops and restaurants for a variety of interests. It's usually one of the most vibrant and energetic places you'll find anywhere in Indianapolis. In this video we'll explore Mass Ave and what it's like in 2021!

Love Mass Ave..My wife and I ate at the 9 Irish Brothers there just last month. Mas Ave. is a prime example of the many unique non national chain local businesses located there. That place has come a long way and it's only getting better. I have yet to go to the Bottle Works but look forward to it. Thanks for venturing out there to cover it. As a former highrise resident myself I miss having all the amenities at my door step.

I lived in the Argyle (last building you were standing in the video). My apartment was on the inside portion of the steep angle. It was the most unique apartment I've ever lived. The 4 rooms folded in on itself like a taco. It had no view whatsoever, but at the time I was strictly a pedestrian. I worked at Rock Bottom at the time and walked that street everyday. Thank you for the flashback.

Anyone visiting, please visit Gordon's Ice Cream shop on Mass Ave. They sell wonderful milkshakes there. While you are there you can check out The Garage multi-complex across the street.

Agreed. The milkshakes there are phenomenal. Deluxe milkshakes. The Garage is really cool as well

I love the Mass Ave District! However I’m a little bit disappointed with the Bottleworks Project. Phase 2 and 3 of the project is taking too long to begin. And from what I’ve heard there will be more office space as opposed to apartments. When this whole project is finally completed it will bring Mass Ave to the next level. Also I would like to see all of the parking lots filled in and better landscaping on the sidewalks. That would be the icing on the cake!

Great video. I'm moving to the Indy area to expand our businesses. Who do I need to talk to about rentals, resales, and fixer uppers?

Mass ave ain’t nothing compared to Carmel, fishers, and noblesville. 1 block is great, the next block you’re getting robbed at gunpoint. Never take mass ave outside of 65 lol.

This is your brain on local news, Fox News, and Facebook. Not to mention lead poisoning that ruined a whole generation.
