Yes, you can. I have mentioned in the video that I used 1: 1 ratio. That is same amount of chocolate and cream.😊👍

No, it won't be hard like chocolate. It will become thick, not hard.

the ratio for pining is 2:1 Mean 2 part chocolate 1 part cream,this ganache will b pefect for piping
The ratio depends on what type of chocolate u use. Dark chocolate and cream ratio is 1:1 for milk chocolate it's 2:1
No need of suger ?????
