      You can find it any baking supply shops, or in supermarkets. I am using star nozzle.

      Yes, you can. I have mentioned in the video that I used 1: 1 ratio. That is same amount of chocolate and cream.😊👍

      Depends on the nozzle size . It will be around 12-15.

      the ratio for pining is 2:1
      Mean 2 part chocolate 1 part cream,this ganache will b pefect for piping

      The ratio depends on what type of chocolate u use. Dark chocolate and cream ratio is 1:1 for milk chocolate it's 2:1
