Antique Banjo Restoration - changing skin head.

Decided to reskin an old banjo. Goat was from an ethical source which died of natural causes and not for its skin or meat.

Hello I found an old banjo and I wanted TO make It playable but I have a Problem:
The Neck is tilted so the frets of the higher notes, near the center, are really far from the settings. Do you know which is the best metod to make It straight? Anyways nice repair!
