Ugh! I've been wearing my ring the wrong way upside down triangle and wearing it on my middle finger. Also I took if off a few nights does this mean I have to start my 28 days all over again? Thank you.
You can wear it on any finger you want on both hands. The best one is the left hand ring finger. This is no problem for the synchronization but if did wear it upside down, you will need to start over again. The tip of the triangle must be pointing towards you
