Happy you noticed the spinning and hand heart when she sings the song Fearless. Can you imagine the joy us longtime Swifties felt when she did the spins & 🫶 on the Eras tour?? We hadn’t seen that in 14 years and the nostalgia is overwhelming 😍. The Fearless album came out 2008 and the tour was 2009 - 2010. Yes, all this beautiful love and magic Taylor’s been sharing for almost 20 years now has made two generations of Swifties adore her. She’s built a legacy that they can’t undo 🫶
Mama Swift is such a fantastic & sweet person. I got the privilege of meeting her & Taylor in 2008 at the CMA Fest Meet & Greets. My little brother had drawn a photo of Taylor & asked me to give it to her. We showed Mama Swift and she said that if we didn't get to meet Taylor, she would make sure she got it!

Luke if u wanna know about the 'eras' more you should definitely see videos of 'Ally Sheehan' she's an og swiftie and is like the swiftie star youtuber and she does these small, album deep dives which include many small details,etc. also, you can also see videos of 'Swiftologist' to know and understand taylor more as a person BUT a warning, he makes critical opinions too(many which you will disagree to) which make swifties to dislike him a bit cuz he's not always like 'omg I love queen so much slayyy' but he understand taylor as a person really well
I agree with both these recommendations for album breakdowns and Taylor Swift lore, they’re both very knowledgeable: Ally Sheehan and Swiftologist. They’re both great. Yes, Zach / Swiftologist is definitely snarky but I appreciate his takes on Taylor Swift’s career and when it all comes down to it, he adores Taylor. Just watch any of his Eras tour shorts to see him bawling his eyes out. I think he’s been to something like 15 Eras tour shows, he’s a true fan but not afraid to criticize some of Taylor’s decisions or PR moves which some people don’t appreciate. The Fearless tour was April 2009 to July 2010. My son and daughter were in high school and seeing this video today really brought back memories of them and their friends. The concert is filled with teenagers my kids age.🥰🥰🥰🥰

I started getting into Taylor because of Folklore and Evermore and went from there and then backwards. I got my mother listening a little last year and when TTPD came out she was listening to it non-stop for days then weeks on end. She loves her for the poetry. I really think you'd like the music video for the song Picture To Burn, the one with the lyrics "stupid old pickup truck you never let me drive." It's just fun and adorable. I couldn't listen to The Best Day without crying when Fearless orginally came out. Now that I'm a mom, I especially can't listen to it because I will bawl my eyes out. Yes, the Swiftologist can be snarky and call out some of Taylor’s personal/ professional decisions or PR moves but both Ally & the Swiftologist (his name is Zach) are both true fans who adore Taylor. Ally just finished her 4 part TTPD breakdown that gives a lot of analysis and lore behind each song. The Swiftologist also recently did a breakdown of Taylor’s relationships and how the songs associated with each muse or, as he calls them, “purses” because the guys are “accessories” to him, he’s there for the art and the artist, not what guy she’s dating. As Zach says “he supports women’s rights and women’s wrongs” when she dated people like John Mayer or Matty Healy😛Anyway, they’re both great and have A LOT of knowledge about Taylor. They’ve both done “eras” overviews before each re-recorded album comes out, they explain everything that was going on at that point in Taylor’s career. I think you’d enjoy watching them later down the road once you’ve heard each album in full.

The norm, as you put it, for Taylor is one tour per new album. The Eras Tour is the exception because she hadn't toured since reputation because of the pandemic. So, since rep TV and Debut TV are probably releasing next year and (if I'm right) the next new album would be the year after that, 2026, she wouldn't tour again until then

The arranging things - it ends up like being herding cats across the barn floor. Me - I have always been something of a Solitary Man - my brother (passed too soon back in 1988 just before his 37th birthday) he was the Original Man - Mr Charisma. But when there was a vast gaggle of "sorta Family" and friends together he would try to get them all motivated to do something, go see something, experience something. (This was Vancouver of the mid to late 70s - and there was lots to do - and Vancouver hadn't really boomed yet and gotten silly stoopid outa sight expensive.) He would suggest an idea and a whole group would say yeah - fantastic - and then someone would stall for some silly reason and then another remember something she had forgotten or they found themselves uncertain - they wanted to go but might not have wanted to stand in line (my brother never - I repeat never - stood in line). In the end he would grab those who were still on side - and just go do it - whatever it was and jump in the "Getaway Car" and drive (1968 Camaro RS convertible.) It might have been a fire and party on the beach at "White Rock" - up the Gondola to restaurant at top of Grouse Mountain, off out to Harrison Hot Springs - whatever. The folks who couldn't make up their minds would be sitting there and complaining that they really wanted to go and do something - else - but he just didn't give them enough time or choices... It's not easy being the alpha people guy sometimes - not everyone has the ability to spontaneously: "Just Say Yes" in this life - everyone becomes this quivering Hamlet-like morass of equivocation. It is the old (now) Nike thing - "just do it." ...and in a way if you never "just do it" when you are in your teens or early twenties - when the heck are you ever going to "do anything?" Justin - 69 and quickly heading for 70 - a recent major Swiftie and proud father of twin girls and now 10 grandchildren (3 sorta grandkids from a new stepson) - all of whom think grand pa (or Dad) is the greatest. (I may have been something of a Solitary Man - a quiet man - but I managed to do "spontaneous" pretty darn good when it counted.

First - completely suggest re-watching the eras in the eras tour after watching a doc or concert from each era. There are so many little things she pulls in that you would not have picked up the first time. (Example - making a heart with hands in fearless and some costume choices). Second - Ally Sheehan on RUclips does the deep dives for each album and walks through the big things that were happening around that time that influenced her songs on each album. The snippet you mention between a verse and the chorus is USUALLY the pre-chorus. Sometimes they're refrains (don't ask me the difference). The bridge ISN'T the 3rd verse, it's USUALLY the section between the second to last chorus and the last chorus, but there can be a 3rd verse after the bridge, like so: Verse 1 -> Chorus 1 -> Verse 2 -> Chorus 2 -> BRIDGE -> Verse 3 -> Chorus 3. And you might be thinking "but if a song doesn't have BOTH (Chorus 2 -> ? -> Chorus 3) how do you know if it's a 3rd verse or a bridge?" Well, if it has the same melody structure as the previous verses, it's a 3rd verse, and if it doesn't it's a bridge. Of course, most of these "definitions" of the different parts of a song are kinda ambiguous so there'll be a lot of times when you can't tell them apart. In this case, tho, you correctly identified the bridge of Tell Me Why at the beginning of the video
Yes, best explanation I’ve seen in the comments. Longer songs will have a third or even possibly a fourth verse. So the bridge is the section in the song where the melody is completely different. And for Taylor, it’s usually the section of the song where she’s going to destroy you with the lyrics….

The norm, as you put it, for Taylor is one tour per new album. The Eras Tour is the exception because she hadn't toured since reputation because of the pandemic. So, since rep TV and Debut TV are probably releasing next year and (if I'm right) the next new album would be the year after that, 2026, she wouldn't tour again until then

The arranging things - it ends up like being herding cats across the barn floor. Me - I have always been something of a Solitary Man - my brother (passed too soon back in 1988 just before his 37th birthday) he was the Original Man - Mr Charisma. But when there was a vast gaggle of "sorta Family" and friends together he would try to get them all motivated to do something, go see something, experience something. (This was Vancouver of the mid to late 70s - and there was lots to do - and Vancouver hadn't really boomed yet and gotten silly stoopid outa sight expensive.) He would suggest an idea and a whole group would say yeah - fantastic - and then someone would stall for some silly reason and then another remember something she had forgotten or they found themselves uncertain - they wanted to go but might not have wanted to stand in line (my brother never - I repeat never - stood in line). In the end he would grab those who were still on side - and just go do it - whatever it was and jump in the "Getaway Car" and drive (1968 Camaro RS convertible.) It might have been a fire and party on the beach at "White Rock" - up the Gondola to restaurant at top of Grouse Mountain, off out to Harrison Hot Springs - whatever. The folks who couldn't make up their minds would be sitting there and complaining that they really wanted to go and do something - else - but he just didn't give them enough time or choices... It's not easy being the alpha people guy sometimes - not everyone has the ability to spontaneously: "Just Say Yes" in this life - everyone becomes this quivering Hamlet-like morass of equivocation. It is the old (now) Nike thing - "just do it." ...and in a way if you never "just do it" when you are in your teens or early twenties - when the heck are you ever going to "do anything?" Justin - 69 and quickly heading for 70 - a recent major Swiftie and proud father of twin girls and now 10 grandchildren (3 sorta grandkids from a new stepson) - all of whom think grand pa (or Dad) is the greatest. (I may have been something of a Solitary Man - a quiet man - but I managed to do "spontaneous" pretty darn good when it counted.
If you just want the tour, Taylor Music channel has been around forever (changed names a couple times, probably for copyright reasons) and have a huge trove of videos of her her tours and a lot of early videos.
About Broadway shows: I recommend you to watch Wicked, it's AMAZING. You can see it in London at Apolo Theatre. Best show ever (but be sure to watch The Wonderful Wizard of Oz movie before, both stories are related)

First - completely suggest re-watching the eras in the eras tour after watching a doc or concert from each era. There are so many little things she pulls in that you would not have picked up the first time. (Example - making a heart with hands in fearless and some costume choices).
Second - Ally Sheehan on RUclips does the deep dives for each album and walks through the big things that were happening around that time that influenced her songs on each album. She typically does these deep dives before each re-release. Definitely suggest Watching and supporting her channel too

The snippet you mention between a verse and the chorus is USUALLY the pre-chorus. Sometimes they're refrains (don't ask me the difference). The bridge ISN'T the 3rd verse, it's USUALLY the section between the second to last chorus and the last chorus, but there can be a 3rd verse after the bridge, like so: Verse 1 -> Chorus 1 -> Verse 2 -> Chorus 2 -> BRIDGE -> Verse 3 -> Chorus 3.
And you might be thinking "but if a song doesn't have BOTH (Chorus 2 -> ? -> Chorus 3) how do you know if it's a 3rd verse or a bridge?" Well, if it has the same melody structure as the previous verses, it's a 3rd verse, and if it doesn't it's a bridge. Of course, most of these "definitions" of the different parts of a song are kinda ambiguous so there'll be a lot of times when you can't tell them apart. In this case, tho, you correctly identified the bridge of Tell Me Why at the beginning of the video
Yes, best explanation I’ve seen in the comments. Longer songs will have a third or even possibly a fourth verse. So the bridge is the section in the song where the melody is completely different. And for Taylor, it’s usually the section of the song where she’s going to destroy you with the lyrics….
