I think it's due to daylight saving setting. Follow the steps shown in this video as to how to turn daylight saving off.

Gracias por tu ayuda. Este reloj tiene todo lo que un reloj no debe tener: difícil ajuste de la hora, se adelanta mucho, malísimo contraste de la pantalla digital y hay que llevarlo al SAT para cambiar la pila (requiere ajustes adicionales). Una decepción.
