Bro I went for police medical exam and they told me that I have DNS and they sent me to specialist ent in police department for review medical examination ...till I attempt medical exam by oral doctor which is initial doctor ...before I go for specialist ent in police ...I went and consulted govt and private ent specialist doctors and they told me that I have DNS with spur which is asymptomatic ...and they told me to leave it alone nothing will happen in future and they provided Thiers opinion in out patient card ....now I need Ur suggestion please tell me bro is DNS with spur danger in my life ???? If you're asymptomatic, it's better to leave it at that. However it can cause pressure necrosis by impinging on the lateral wall, so go to an ENT specialist if you develop any pain for any other symptom in future!
