i think she's trying to express herself in her songs. zombie : she's saying that she's in pain because there's haters who are trying to trip he down, and she had to deal with demands from her work, and they are all pushing herself to her limits. nothing left to lose : i think she's trying to say her relationship with chace crawford. the song says they have a big gap in their age, and she was just 17 and chace was 23 when they were together. you : chace doesnt love her as much as she does.
