Hey mam So i just saw you RUclips video , a day in optum , actually i am a recent graduate and want to work in optum as a AR , but dont know how to apply , i visited optum noida 144 , but the receptionist said to me that you want HR mail for interview, direct walk not allowed, and they also said me if there is your friend working then you can come through refer also , but none of my friends work there. So mam could you please help me regarding this , could you please refer hr , its very urgent for me to get AR job
@ ok i think there is misunderstanding, AR is not a process its a job profile in a RCM , AR (Accounts Receivable) Specialist**: Manages outstanding payments, follows up on overdue accounts, and resolves billing issues to ensure timely payment. May be this job profile have a different name in your company, some companies call this job as AR , some call this claim analysis etc , so if there is not nothing like that please could you please tell me whats the other reputable position in RCM.
