This is a new version of the Russian Anthem, proposed by the Grad government of Russia and sung by it on August 20, 1998, on Vasilyevsky Descent in Moscow with a crowd of 50 thousand people. The case took place immediately after the grandiose collapse of the ruble exchange rate, so it is not surprising that the people liked the name (the original: "God Save Us All") - they did not want to disperse.
