Hello Esther, Can we make the sentence without using the second object? Like this; " I hadn't made eaten in this restaurant before went yesterday. " In this sentece we didn't use " I " second time. Is that right?

"I hadn't made eaten In this restaurant before went yesterday" is an ungrammatical, nonsensical sentence. You could say, "I hadn't eaten at this restaurant before I went yesterday." More common would be, "I had never eaten at this restaurant before yesterday/ before going yesterday."
You can skip the second pronoun only if using the continuous tense...
"I had never eaten at this restaurant before going yesterday."
"He had never gone to school before eating breakfast" or "He had never gone to school before he ate breakfast."
"She had always counted to ten before giving her opinion" or "She had always counted to ten before she gave her opinion."
