They've already drifted away from history. 100 eyes is almost entirely fictional character; he wasn't blind, a monk or a martial artist in real, but a war general. Kublai never broke through the Xiangyeng wall; they just isolated the city and waited them out for 70 years after which the city surrendered to the Mongols. I'm sure there are many other exaggerations and inaccuracies too for the sake of the show. No need to stoop to dragons. *facepalms*

hello i'm five years late. Lady Chabi didn't drown her, Kokachin drowned herself.
maybe it was inaccurate and Lady Chabi did drown her in real life but NO! in the movie Kokachin/Nergüi suicided.
