Dear Eden, Your music gives me an escape from the world, As cliche as it sounds, It’s true. A bit before vertigo was dropped, December 23. A friend who helped me get through self harm and suicidal thoughts, Passed away. It was a really dark time for me. I developed sleep aniexty and The nights that I couldn’t sleep or relax, I would plug in my earbuds and play The album. Your music gave me comfort and helped me sleep before I was given medication. Thank you Eden, I wish I could have gone to your show but it sold out before I could.❤️

Been here since start of 2015. I love every single song until now, but to be honest, his newest album was kinda disappointing...
Dartrix you do realize this is his only album, right? Everything up until vertigo were EP's or singles. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but vertigo was some masterful work.

it’s because it’s not like mainstream music, that’s why people don’t like it, but i’ve always loved originality, and vertigo has such beautiful meaning and stories behind it that we’ll never be able to fully understand because jonathon made it (the album) for himself.
i personally love the style he’s always had, that’s why i’ve stuck with him for so long
honourjoe That's what made me fall in love with his music. It was that originality, the meaningful stories. Although his previous EP's didn't tell alot of meaningful stories, vertigo does, and hell it's a meaningful story in itself. Jon breaks that status quo and does what he wants, what makes him happy rather than someone else writing his music based on what's "hip and now" I will never listen or love an artist as much as i love Eden. His music makes me beyon happy when i listen to it.

I’ve been with Eden since bipolar paradise. I’m glad I’ve lived my life with his music.
Idk if any musicians noticed but this is in the exact same key as wake up and he did a lot of things similar to wake up, especially his live encore version. He used the minor plagal cadence from F to Fm a lot (which he did at the end of wake up encore live), and he had the same vocal notes as the live vertigo version of wake up too at the very end. I just thought that was cool that he did that I like to appreciate the musical side of things haha
I know he has a wide vocal range but it's probably because that's the key he's most comfortable singing in, although i'm sure there's a stylistic choice there as well :)
I feel bad because it feels like we're pressuring EDEN to make songs for us as Icarus tells us how he got the fame but he doesn't feel much about it even though he's grateful I guess

This was recorded at the alleged haunted pool at The Rave/Eagles Ballroom in Milwaukee. If you look online, you’ll find pictures of other famous artists like Mac Miller, Machine Gun Kelly, and Alice In Chains writing on the walls of the pool. Pretty cool.
