- The crabs are very sensitive to water quality. Therefore, to ensure the health of the crab always cycle your tank before adding them to it. A tight-fitting lid with no escape holes is also very important. Even though these crabs spend the entirety of their life in the water, they love finding ways to escape! So prevent this by securing any and all escape routes.

Your foam scape is always amazing to me. The angles u cut the foam really have those rock stone feel; and then cleverly using moss and plants to blend and compliment it. Very inspiring 👍

Great set up! I noticed you dont add any water proofing like silicone or drylock to the foam after youve cut it. I was wondering is the foam still water proof?
Yes,the foam is waterproof.

does tree bark of all trees work? or it has to be from an especific tree?
So, I'm used to covering the spray foam with silicone......does the water NOT, damage or water log the foam over time and make it deteriorate ?

Where does everyone get these huge chunks of aquarium filter to start their build I’ve been looking in all stores for 3 whole weeks
do the crabs no enter the filter through the big hole at the top? i did not see you block that off
I apologize if it wasn't clear in the previous video, but we did actually install a cover to prevent crabs from entering the hole. This was done to ensure that the crabs do not enter the filter and to keep them in a safe place.
What kind of expanding foam is safe to use for crabs?

Paludarium is usually for aquatic and land base creatures. that's what I've found out anyway. Terrarium is for exotics that need humidity

good video as always, but you should never keep isopods in an enclosure with water features. They can drown themselves as you even saw in this video. Other than that, great build, loved the music selection

Where can I find those tanks with the open glass like that?
These are Exo Terra enclosures. Easy to find in the UK, although not cheap. I think they are available in the USA and Canada(?) and probably in Europe. I don't know about elsewhere but there is a contact form on their website and they have the usual social media pages so you can ask about where you are. Hope this helps.
