No it’s the same, back in 2013 either the technology or rockstar themselves weren’t up to actually changing the dialogue based on what you did in the world at least for those therapy sessions, that was only in RDR2, I’d assume tho if therapy comes back in GTA6 it’ll be a bit more fleshed out.

When you say current game session do you mean the save file from the start of the game to the end or do you mean just from loading up the save after turning the console on? EG If Michael killed a bunch of people then I saved and reloaded would he get the dialogue for being good or does it count over the whole game? Hope that makes sense as a question. Thank you.
