I'm UK based, however my parents had a second home in FL. They sold there property quite some time ago ( the travel insurance for them got too high as they were old ) and my parents kept there house in tip-top condition, usually spending a few weeks a year keeping it all upto date. That really helped when selling, a lot of the people around them the properties just didn't move, they were able to sell theres within a few days. Good luck on your sale, you shouldn't have an issue. In the UK the process of selling would normally be 3-4 months. Mad system. Have a friend from Romania. They completed the sale, in one day.

We had the pavers in the backyard installed by a friend of ours in church many years ago. He had been in the Pool business for many years and was starting his own business so he did it for us really cheap. I think we paid $6000 for the entire Backyard. The pavers in the front were included in the purchase of our home
What a stunning home, it's so nice and im hoping that someone will pay you the additional value of the home theatre. What I really like is the amount of space you have on one floor. You have to live in three storey town houses here in England to get a similar floorspace as bungalows are generally quite small.

Very Nice house and family, you are Blessed ! I would try to adjust the house price to include the Home Theater. The fact that neighbors don't complain about watching movies/noise that should be worth $$$ as well. My realtor recommended selling it separate from the house because the new homeowner will not be able to include the equipment in the theater during the appraisal. So they wouldn’t be able to get a loan for the amount.
