    Im kinda glad yall went a different route with your video than I thought you were gonna go based on the title...
    I thought yall were gonna sit there and say there's a difference in the glasses themselves, but yall did great and made a clear and concise video about lens color.
    Now I do have a question: what color do you recommend for fishing Ft. Lauderdale beaches without access to any over the water equipment?

    how does the green mirror work for even bright glair on the water? vs the blue.. and how does the blue work for cutting the glare vs the green for cutting glare in shallow water to see fish. i want the best all around do everything lenses. thanks

      So my two cents...blue vs green...I wear costa Jose's. I have blue mirror and the replacement green mirror. When fishing inshore along the Texas coast the color of lense has made absolutely zero difference. When fishing blue water the blue lenses seem slightly better. When the sun is the way it is during the Texas summer, the blue lenses are better for everyday use. I see absolutely no reason to go with green lenses.

    So you like the green mirror more than the bronze mirror for the Texas coast and flats?

    • @Saltstrong
      @Saltstrong  2 года назад

      Hey buddy! We just had the same question a day ago!
      I'd go with Green for sure. Bronze would be better over just sand or mud, but you've got more Seagrass that keeps the water tinted green, better suited for the green lenses

    People hating on expensive sunglasses, once you've seen the difference they make for yourself you'll realize they're completely worth it. Just take care of them and wear your croakies or some other floating strap and you'll never buy another pair of sunglasses in your life.

    239.00 for a single pair of SUNGLASSES. OMG that's some BS. Maybe if it were a whole set of interchangeable colors, but for a single pair of glasses with one set of lenses. no freaking way. OMG!!! At those prices do the glasses fillet the fish for you?

      @@LifeWithSpike while that is a fact , more money you spend the better those glasses will be for fishing . I’m not spending $240 but I will spend like $100 to $150 on a good pair for sight fishing. Water land sunglasses a new up and coming company make some great polarized glasses that you can see fish from hundreds of yards away.

      @@sizzyp3324 you do realize you just said from hundred(s) of yards away, that's a bit exaggerated really. You can see fish for maybe 30-60 feet away man, not hundreds, 100yds alone is 300ft.

    Strongly disagree. The copper bronze are way better then both of these lenses in any type of water.
