What if 2nd lord Mars combines in 6th house with Venus exalted?
I have Venus (in Leo) and Saturn (in Cancer) in the 2nd House they’re conjunction. Both are contrasted to each other. One is malefic and one benefits. If someone can help me what does it mean?
Question: Cap Asc. Saturn in 3H Pisces, with the moon but not in conjunction. But according to Vedic Astrology is it influenced by the Moon?
I get confused because I studied Western astrology and they have specific rules for conjunctions.

measure the distance from Saturn to the Moon. Subtract that from 15, and then divide that by 15. That is the percentage of conjunction.
Alternatively, replace 15 with the max distance from saturn to the border of the sign in the direction of the Moon.

I'm a little confused. What do you mean by 2nd lord conjunctions? Is it the planets in the 2nd house or do you mean like let's say I'm a sag rising and my second lord is saturn.. my 2nd lord saturn is in my 4th house pisces... can you clarify please 😅

@@VicDiCaraAstrologymaybe NoorShaba is also trying to understand impact due to presence of planets in the house. And @noorshaba2712, the implications of Mars, Mercury, Venus would obviously need to be taken into consideration ALONG with what this chapter has explained i.e. if Saturn is conjoined / aspected / house exchanged with another planet, then you need to add the affects to the affects of Mars, Venus, Mercury being in 2nd house

As someone asked in the stream, "how are conjunctions formed?" I cited the last text of chapter 15 - they form in 5 ways, including by being in a particular sign. If Sun's conjunction with the 2nd lord indicates a supporter of others, for example, then of course the Sun's being in or aspecting, or being in the 2nd lords sign, or being very trine or square to the 2nd cusp will be the same.

BV Raman has said Venus is a maraka for the Taurus ascendent. How does one reconcile this with what you said (not quoting you verbatim), ascendent lord is always good for a native.

@VicDiCaraAstrology hmm. Years ago, I read a principle of Tamil astrology, which seemed to be based on this BVR dictum: for the Taurus ascendent, when Venus is in Poorvaphalguni, and the 6th mahadasha is of Jupiter, the native dies in Jupiter MD and Venus AD. I'll let you know if it works on my chart (you'll be informed ...).

Phaladeepika's chapters by themselves r written systematically but the sequence of those chapters couldn't be more ridiculous...the author put yogas initially & is only now explaining house lords associations with other planets
It is a good thing that Vic is not planning to follow thr sequence in his publications
this is really common in very old books, though. because they tend to be compilations really.
