I have seen few episodes of this show and the white husband or wife is never disaproved by the korean in laws they are actually welcomed with open arms and encouraged to have baby with fair skin blue eyes and asian traits..and yet the african migrants i see here are always facing racism and pigotry from korean inlaws plus korean society and always struggling to get job and provide for their families ..this is not just korea but all ovee Asia. White fair skin is more favourite than darker skin so how we expect people with inferior complex mentality or self hate issues to accept someone who is black skin? Plus why black people looking for acceptance and approval from whites and now asians? It breaks my heart and its really sad how human mind, body and soul are fragile and can be programmed into anything or anyway..personally i say marry within your own race so you don't go thru shit like this and your kids dont suffer...it doesnt mean hate others just do your kids justices and save them from the heartache later in life😌 i wish the world was better place but it aint n never will be...humans are shit
Such a sweet family, I love the peace in their home, I could feel it and dad is an amazing teacher!
They are blessed to have a man like Gebriel in their family. The end part was beautiful, seeing the two papas holding their hands.
I love this family, and Gabriel is an amazing man and father. Many blessings to the family.
He is such an amazing husband and teacher for the kids
imagine making a movie out of this, such a beautiful story and their struggle of being accepted by the father and of course with the positive outcome
Gabriel is so kind. Its really rare to see a man with that kind of characteristic.
This is so freaking cool. She followed her heart and created a brand new start for herself and her family.
Gabriel, you're a true inspiration to all! You're a great example that love can endure all things. God bless you and your family.
Them holding hands..oh my 😭 it was so beautiful to see.
Omgggg they have the cutest and sweetest kids just like their relationship ❤️😭
Protect these gems at all cost 😢
This man has a heart of gold 😊 you just can't help to love him
It's so crazy to me that young kids in SK go to school on their own like the 2 girls. It's great that it's a reflection of how safe their society is, but I would still be way too scared to leave my kids go to school and back alone unless they were teenagers
We did that in the states too in the 80s and 90s
The crazier thing is I remember as a kid in Korea, it was typical to run errands for elders including buying cigarettes and soju at the corner mart. We were allowed to buy it no questions asked.
Is it not normal? I would take the bus or train to nearby areas in Ireland when I was young for running errands or school.
In my country kids do that from 4 and up depending on location
@@ID_iKONIC_VIP 80s and 90s were way more dangerous
He is full of aegyo 😊😂💕 so cute!!
애교ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
Best story ever! The family is very loving to each other.
BEAUTIFUL!Your husband is a precious jewel. He loves passionately and freely. This is glorious to see. BEAUTIFUL family.
Wow Gabriel is a pure of heart. There are not so many on earth. They are here to bring light to all of us.
Beautiful story of Gabriel. It is encouraging to see that nothing in life is impossible to accomplish no matter how unusual it is. Being a South African myself, I am so encouraged by Gabriel's achievement. I love South Korea 🇰🇷💕 and its vibrant life. I always believed that I could build a family with a beautiful Korean lady. Now seeing my fellow country man Gabriel, it encourages me even more to fulfill my dream. It is a wonderful story of South Africa 🇿🇦 meet South Korea 🇰🇷 in ❤
Gabriel seems like a great guy
I wasn’t accepted as well by my Korean mom-in-law at first because I came from a developing country. Old generations think if you were born and raised there majority aren’t educated and etc. Anyway to cut the story short and as what Gabriel did I showed actions so now we’re living as a great multicultural family.☺️
Where are you from
@@cxvii6812 I'm from the Philippines ^^
@@multiculturalcouple yeah I thought you would be
It's not about race or country, if you're a rich person from a developing country, richer than even most Koreans, they will highly respect you. It's just a coincidence that race and country usually does determine your wealth.
@@Cxs1a3Speaking of rich, it doesn't matter too if you're rich or not they generalize it according to your country of origin. My parents even owned apartments and we're born and raised in metropolitan city and finished our Bachelor's degree at young age. Unlike my in-laws who still works here even though they're already senior citizen plus they live in province area not even Seoul . They should be thankful I agree to marry their son as Im well capable of being independent but their son fell inlove with me what can I do?! I used to be a career woman too in my home country before meeting my husband but it hits different once you enter their country and become jobless here because you can't speak the language well. Despite the achievements you had in your origin country once you choose to marry someone from here youre just below. Btw Im not trying to generalize old Korean parents as this is based from my personal experience.😬😁
8:55 the wholesomeness and funniness of these two just strolling through the park holding hands. They look like textbook dads but with the best friendship ever ❤️😭
This is a beautiful couple and they have a beautiful family. Their home is filled with peace and love. They are truly blessed.
More power to this beautiful couple. Against all odds 😊😊
His students love him! I’m south Asian and our school football coach was a big kind Nigerian man called Victor. By the time I left school, we were great friends. I played the position of goalkeeper,so he used to push me through a lot of tough training.
hi guys I'm crying gabriel is so kind and loving I'm glad his father-in-law grew to love him too 😭
Their family is absolutely beautiful!
I don't know gabriel personally but just watching him having fun made me happy . I just can't stop smiling watching this video . Lots of love to you gabriel 🙌🏻
All that love just broke Papa down, the power of love 🥰
Wow... That was really hard. It's such an amazing thing to watch and hear about such love stories, it's a motivation to some people in such situations.
He's a great teacher indeed always jolly.
I give respect to Gabriel. My parents told me they would love whoever I love. So I wouldn't have the patience to win over someone's family who didn't think the same.
Your parents are very wonderful people. Please, take care of them well. It is very rare to have parents like that, I speak from experience. My parents God bless their souls they were accepting people as well.
That was lovely holding your family member's hand at the end.
If people just live in such way, we could have not experienced the conflicts we have been seeing throughout. Its the disparity that man created himself that separated them. Such an inspiration! May God bless this beautiful family
I think its really heart warming to see in there that the men hold hands and walk just a way to bond that isn't seen as sexual. It is really healthy and beautiful culture
Love has no boundaries, no colour and no limit. Congratulations and love to Gabriel and Jieun..❤️❤️
I'd dream to marry an angel like this one
@@Cxs1a3 the angel Gabriel.
@@Cxs1a3 let us enjoy and dream a bit , would you ?
don't ruin the mood (=.=")
@@Cxs1a3 why you keep posting negative or hateful comments under each reply? MY GOD you really must be omicron cos covid is curse to humanity and so are some of your words...
Patience, kindness and love prevailed in winning his wife father's heart ❤️ bless the family.
I'm so touched and impressed
By this youngman as a teacher
And family man. He brings
Joy and intelligence.
Im asian and my parents NEVER have prejudice against skin color. We are 3 siblings and we married people from different backgrounds. She always said she would love to have blasian grandkids.
what kind of asian are u?
No for real, this is a very rare mindset. What ethnicity are you?
@@user-dd2yp4hk5d fr, i live in a multiracial asian country and even most of our people are still very skeptical of the idea of marrying people outside of our own ethnicity.
Wow, that's really open-minded of your parents. What country are you from?
Asian American and Asians that live in their country that is 98% their own race. Understandably there is some issues when it comes to foreigners. No they are not all like this.
Such a wholesome family 💕💕
Lovely family ❤
A good example of how to brake cultural and racial barriers.
Much love from Angola ❤❤❤🙂
That made me teary eyed ! God bless the whole family ❤ at least that father was able to open his heart some never do!
It is truly meant for us to be love and compassion in the world, and Gabriel is such a shining example of that. He was able to be so mindful and loving in the midst of difficulty. He won the father’s heart over with love and compassion. This was sooo beautiful to see. It is my hope to be as loving and compassionate as Gabriel is. This truly touched me.
Ahhh, so sweet . . . Glad the husband and father-in-law became so close. The husband is a fine man, truly thoughtful, patience, and understanding.
A little bit too close...
Aww the ending with them holding hands 🥰
As a south african I'm so proud of this man, we need more of him back home
love is not color love is human don't forget that love is powerful we are 1 in 1 world
가브리엘 진짜 스윗하다. 아내분도 넘 미인이시구. 둘이 너무 이쁜 커플이어여
When she says she has to act hard to be cute, then 2:52 proceeds to be super cute lol
