I've tried some scalping, how can you be profitable if liability is > than reward, you make a little bit of profit and when you lose you lose big so long term it's impossible to win + i observe something, when was about something to happen for ex a goal I've seen a massive lay and after 2 3 sec market was closed due to a goal, for me is clear that someone somehow know exactly when to enter or exit the market. My opinion is that you all teaching only lies.
Scalping in this manner on football will empty your account in double quick time. You can only ever gain one tick in profit and if a goal goes in your could lose your entire stake. You would need to be perfect on every occasion which is impossible. Not sure why you have posted this on a video about horse racing, where the scenario is completely different. Also, people will have much faster pictures than you and will see a goal go in before you can, and they will snap up all bets. It's just not a viable strategy in the way you have laid out. I have covered this on other videos in-depth.
Hi Peter i havé a question is it possible to be ban from betfair because of two much winning? I mean on long terme do you know someone during your trader s carreer who got be banned ?thanks
First cheltenham - day 1 - 5 wins/1 scratch/ 1 loss....only regret i didnt let embassy garden drift further before getting out...such a cool opportunity. Hope you're having great day too
Hi Peter With all the new gambling legislation being brought in mainly affordability checks what's your prediction for the future of pre race trading . Will it still be a thing in the future or do you think its in decline and if its in decline how many years left do you think it has. Cheers
Hi Peter. Great insights again. I've never traded Cheltenham or other large meetings as I've never been able to envisage my measly stakes getting through a 10k+ wall of money on both sides of the book. Might give it a go this time though!

I'm not aware of anybody who has been banned for winning 'too much' on Betfair. But some other exchanges will do this.
Great video as always Peter.
Would you be more inclined to take price when a movement in price is about to happen or do you still offer to market?
