I had a battery issue with my 'moto g play' when I went to service center they said it will take 10 to 15 days to recover. When I went to take my mobile after 15 days they just did nothing but formatted my mobile and gave back to me....😔😔😔

in canada i got s8 and 2nd day it ran into a problem ...i went to service centre and got a loner phone s6 edge and the next day i got a new phone ....we need this type of service quality in india!!!

I bought j7 pro last year i used it alot now last month it was getting hang and was getting some heat problem so i asked for a replacement and within 2 weeks i got a brand new j7 pro :D samsung is undoubtedly best thing now i can use j7 pro for another year

Bro 4 year ago i had purchased a Sony Xperia Z1 phone . My phone's charging socket was not working, In service center they says that it takes two week to repair .After two week the my phone was not repaired so i complaint to Sony. After a week they provided me a new phone. But during this process my work was stopped.

Maine 24000 ka oppo f9 pro liya tha aur mera bike se eaccident ho gya tha to uska screen chala gya phir maine oppo care me phone kiya toh mere pas wale service center me display nhi tha toh unhone mujhe doosre service centre k liye suggest kiya. Main waha gya mera phone ka display one hour me thik kar diya . I support Oppo Service centre.

I had a good experience with OnePlus. I had OnePlus one which got burnt due to some short circuit. On reaching out to OnePlus they replaced it with OnePlus Three, although my phone was out of warranty. Thanks a lot to one plus team 😊

My experience with my moto g4 plus is worst.I had to visit moto service centre 7 times which is 30km from my home.I was so much frustrated.The guys sitting there are just idiot. They don't know the problem, no matter what is the problem, first they will replace the software, return back your device. Then , if it gets fixed then ok, if not then they will replace motherboard. Then also if it is fixed , then ok , otherwise they keeps changing random parts one by one.They are just idiots. It took around 2 months to my phone to get fixed properly, after changing each of its part one by one, on my every visit.Now I just hate moto's after sale service.But not just moto, guys sitting out at any of the service centre are illiterate, they randomly change in part of your device.Every company should have a well trained service centre staff.

My friend has problem with redmi note 3(hanging issues and others) within 4 months of purchase so we went to Baroda(vadodara), Gujarat service center and when our turn came they inspected the phone for 5 minutes and told us to wait for 1 hour..after one hour we got the phone with replaced motherboard and new bill as the motherboard changed so the imei number...i am shocked with this as i have heard very bad stories about xiomi service center...and the other person with cracked screen redmi note 4 also got the screen replacement in 1.5 hours with bill of 4000₹..

Nokia is no where less, i gave my phone for repairing as its power button was not working so they told they will change it.
1- they didn't put the bolts back nd close the phone properly bt as it has laches so it got closed bt when i reached i got to know that bolts are not there i went back very next day nd told everything they said u have to pay for that bolt, why should i pay for what's mine.
2nd- they didn't even put the original part , nokia ki baat kr rha hu.
3rd- They were rude nd they deleted my phone's data .
Another experience with samsung galaxy koi to tha uska touch gadbad tha to kya hua ki unhone bola sir ye change ho ga 3 din lagenge aur ho jayega estimate smthung 4500 ka shayad bna tha so i said ok nd left after 3 days when i went back they said sir vo screen bhi kharab hai i said y jb maine diya tha tb to shi tha screen to ab kya ho gya they said hmse hua then i said repair it i won't pay for that dats not my fault they said no vo esa hi hota hai risk hota hai sirf touch karne me to maine bola to batana chahiye tha to vi nhi maane aur maine kha mere ko to phone chahiye shi karke unhone kha 1 week baad aana mai phir gya phir 2 days then 3days ese karke 1 month ho gya mera phone nhi bna aur mere se us screen ka bhi payment karwaya 50% bil gone about 7500 smthing 10k ka phone tha 7500 lg gye aur data bhi delete ab ye batao screen aur data ka relation data kaise gya? So ultimately these all the brands are basically sitting to take money more nd more money they think us fool. So sm law should be made to avoid such fraud.

Mai samsung galaxy note 4 use kar raha hoon 1y 4m, sirf 1 problem aaya hai, phone ka battery 30% pahuchte hi switch off ho jata hai, service centre gaya to un-logo ne software update kar diya. Par problem gaya nahi. Doosri baar jane ke baad main ye samajh gaya, ki unko hi actually nahi pata ki problem create kaha se ho raha hai...😕

Barrackpore is not in Kolkata. Asus service centres of Kolkata are located just beside Arya mansion near hind cinema, Bidhan Nagar and just the opposite of Chandni chowk gate no 3 5th floor and I have to say that they are very good service centres.

not all do that. Even if it's in warranty. They refused to change faulty USB cable. Nobody really gives brand phone. All replacements are refurbished phones only.

i also went for charging problem in lyf f1s service center fool took my mobile keep for 4 days after told mother bord gone my phone still working only charging socket damaged which i replaced from out side so lyf service worst
Jio wale paise banate hai Lyf phone bech kar. Once I asked a Jio sim distributor, wearing a Reliance Jio T-shirt about the Lyf phone he was using for verification.
He clearly said Sir, never buy this trash. It switches off by its own, hangs a lot, is bulky, and you can't see the screen in sunlight at all.

My last phone was Samsung s6 there has a issue of over heating. And the flash of camera not working when they heated up and sometimes it’s turn off automatically the temp. I was check is near about 47•c in 7 days of purchase and the service centre executive says it’s a normal problem. It does not included into warranty ???? And my earphone not woks after 4 months of using then I want to replace it and they says it’s dirty or used ??? It’s a white coloured earphone if we use them it’s definitely goes fade colour or looks like used so wtf. The worst service ever by Samsung not go to buy it now m using IPhone 7. And I loves it

Went twice, for Xiaomi in Delhi and for Samsung too in Delhi.
Xiaomi screen wasn't available for mi2i even though just 3 months of launch. But price 8000. Phone price 12000. Secondly for Samsung software problem, paid 300 rupees as it was out of warranty.

I had lenovo k6 power .It was stuck in the bootloader and not turning on.I went to service center they told it that it was a hardware issue and they changed the motherboard. It took only 45 minutes to repair but after that the issue was fixed .
Mujhe sabse achhi service Sony se mili...bcz last yr mene xperia C4 purchase kia tha and 6 or 7 months ke baad usme touch ki problem ho gayi and then I go to sony service centre and they replace my mobile and give me xperia Z5... in 15 days

My second problem with my Samsung galaxy note 8. After using of 6 months, black colour of my phone started wipe out(uncover area of protector).
I contacted customer care executive they said that body part should be replaced for that which may cost more than 16K.
I don't know how it possible, without rough using, dropping such an expensive mobile fade away.
